Older folks tend to be more traditional. They are more faithful to the people and things they have grown familiar with. As such, they are not what we may call as flexible to changes. Often, they would need a copious amount of convincing before they would adapt to necessary changes. Take cameras, for example. Whereas a majority of people these days prefer digital camera photos, the older generation is still keeping the film development, and perhaps even the Polaroid, industries alive.

For the older generation, they have their reservations with regards to the quality and even the reliability of digital camera photos. They have so many questions in their minds, a fact which is quite understandable. What with the whirlwind of innovations flooding our lives everyday, its really quite difficult to keep up. The world is constantly evolving, and sometimes, its not easy to be updated with all the changes that are happening.

So lets compile five of the most common questions about digital camera photos to shed some light on the matter, for the benefit of those who are hesitant about this new technology, as well as those who have previously dismissed it as a mere fad.

1. How is the quality of digital camera photos? Digital camera photos are capable of being displayed at very high resolutions that could easily surpass conventional photographs. Much of the hesitance about this aspect of digital camera photos is the sometimes blurry images seen in computer terminals and the LCDs of the cameras themselves. This is because not all screens are capable of displaying very high resolutions. Try viewing such digital camera photos in capable monitors, and youll see the crystal clear quality of the canvass.

2. How reliable are digital camera photos? Digital camera photos are not stored in films. Theyre stored in memory devices. Just like conventional film rolls, for as long as the particular storage device is taken cared of, there shouldnt be any problems about protecting the images caught on cam.

3. Are digital camera photos more expensive to print out? Not anymore. What with easy share technology and photograph-friendly printers being made available, it is both affordable and convenient to print out digital camera photos. You could even do the task yourself, in the comforts of your own home at that!

4. Can a variety of effects be employed on digital camera photos? It depends on the digital camera, really. Some have built-in features that would allow different kinds of effects. But even if the digital camera is not possessed of such power, you could always manipulate the photographs using any image editing software.

5. How about zooming? Digital cameras can either be capable of digital or optical zooming. More people prefer optical zooming, however, just for that old school feel. Digital cameras that come with optical zooming are sometimes bulkier, however.
